When a parcel arrives at a local micro-hub, users can 'summon' delivery on demand. This system allows anyone to register as a verified rider, creating a scalable, decentralized fleet that ensures faster, more flexible delivery while empowering the local community.

If I had another sprint, I would shift focus to the Rider App. Designing for the gig-worker is a different beast. It requires high-contrast UI for outdoor visibility, one-tap interactions for safety while riding, and most importantly a robust verification protocol (like OTPs or QR Scans) to ensure the parcel hand-off is secure. The next step isn't just making it look good; it's making the logistics bulletproof.
